The Best First 4 weeks at school

What,Where,How! my name's Omar and the last 4 weeks of school have been horrifying.

First off my teachers a vampire 2nd my classrooms a wreck and 3 the worst we get homework,truckloads of homework. Litterealy we  get truckloads of homework,seriously the family car isn't big enough my dad he has to rent a huge truck. Nah

I'm just joking the last few weeks a Pi   have been mind blowing first I'm going to tell you what just happened we did a first aid course with a real paramedic from st john he taught us what do if you find someone unconscious

We have to follow a variety of steps he DRS ABC
                                      Doctors
Danger
Response
Signal
Airway
Breathing
CPR

So what we had to do for danger is walk in hear,smell and see for any danger.
For response if we saw someone unconscious just shake his arm a bit not to hard because you might damage a bone.
Signal call 111 or send out for help.
Air way straighten the airway by moving his neck softly not to hard or you'll break there neck.
Breathing it's like danger except you have to look,listen and feel looking you have to keep your eye on the person's chest  to see if it's being filled up with air and then you do CPR you clean the persons face and then you put a cloth of their mouth and then you hold their nose and blow 2 times into there mouth to let air in the mouth.

But my favorite  part so far is when we drew our sizzling summer scenes here's a picture.

we did Science with solids,liquids and gases we used 3 ice cubes sprinkled with sugar,salt and one normal one it was crazy watching each one dissolve one by one and we all got paranoid thinking which one would dissolve first.          So yeah pretty boring week, horrible in fact

Boat Float

Today before lunch Mrs Hook took us out to the court to float our boats my boat carried 6 blocks and it suncked, I think my boat is good for floating at the beach not to see how much weight it can carry I came 1st in creativity Nathan came 1st in sportsmanship and Fergus came 1st in weight woohoo! I got 3000 points Nathan got 3000 points Fergus got 1500 points we all did pretty well we also had fun I thought it was a good idea to use sticks plus the ancient egyptains used reeds to make there boat so good idea if I do say myself.

Omar's Big Boat

Me and my mum started making my boat at 10'clock. We made it out simple things we used sticks,craft sticks, string and napkins. We finished the boat at midnight, we tested it and it FLOATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yay! we tooked inside to dry it was awesome, it was made from nature .
